When you step into Camphill Ghent, you'll immediately notice our welcoming yellow houses, Magnolia and Willow Lodge. These cozy homes are where many of our independent residents live.

Our independent residents have a range of housing options to choose from. In our co-house apartments, you can find everything from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom units. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a comfortable living room, generously sized bedrooms, accessible bathrooms, and a private patio. Inside the co-house building, there are shared amenities like laundry facilities, gathering spaces, a communal kitchen, and an exercise room. Additionally, we offer larger two-bedroom townhomes for those who prefer more space.

The building's architecture is distinguished by its high vaulted ceilings, large picture windows that flood the spaces with soft natural light, and vibrant colors. What's more, our monthly rates for independent living residents cover utilities, maintenance, grounds care, exciting activities, and scheduled transportation, making life here all the more convenient.

Townhomes

For those residents who desire a larger home and a bit more privacy while still enjoying the full range of community activities at Camphill Ghent, our townhomes are the perfect choice. These townhomes offer a spacious living environment and the freedom to engage in our community activities. Each townhome comes with a private one-car indoor garage, providing convenient access to your home, as well as a separate laundry room for added convenience.

Co-House Apartments

Our co-houses offer a unique shared living experience. Within these co-houses, residents have access to various communal spaces, including a large living/community or dining room, a laundry room, an activity room, a sunroom, storage closets, and a mudroom. This shared arrangement creates a small neighborhood within Camphill Ghent, where residents naturally look out for one another, plan outings together, host common social gatherings, and form lasting friendships. It's an inviting and friendly environment that fosters a strong sense of security and camaraderie among our residents.
