When you enter Camphill Ghent, you'll immediately notice our welcoming yellow houses, Magnolia and Willow Lodge. These cozy homes are where many of our independent residents live.

​​Our independent residents have a range of housing options to choose from. In our co-house apartments, you can find everything from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom units. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, a comfortable living room, generously sized bedrooms, accessible bathrooms, and a private patio. Inside the co-house building, there are shared amenities like laundry facilities, gathering spaces, a communal kitchen, and an exercise room.
​Additionally, we offer larger two-bedroom townhomes for those who prefer more space. The building's architecture is distinguished by its high vaulted ceilings, large picture windows that flood the spaces with soft natural light, and vibrant colors. What's more, our monthly rates for independent living residents cover utilities, maintenance, grounds care, exciting activities, and scheduled transportation, making life here all the more convenient.
