Dining Services

Our kitchen crew is always hard at work, creating delicious meals from scratch that have been informed by a professional nutritionist. We love fresh salads paired with hardy entrees like chicken pot pie or grilled salmon. And we always follow with a sweet treat.

Over the years, Ghent has been awarded several grants that enable us to source as many organic ingredients as possible, and we prefer to serve  locally grown foods, including eggs from Feather Ridge Farm.

Meals are served three times a day in the beautiful dining rooms located in our adult home. Many of our independent living resident opt to enjoy a social meal in our dining rooms, and others choose to cook for themselves, often using fresh ingredients from Camphill Ghent's community garden.
