Mr. Lee is one of the most successful legal practitioners in the United States and has been designated as class counsel in over 150 class actions throughout the United States. He has also been designated as an arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and has been invited to serve as a judge for moot court competitions at leading law schools across the United States.

Prior to establishing his litigation practice, Mr. Lee was a corporate attorney with Clifford Chance and Schulte Roth & Zabel, a private equity banker with HSBC in Hong Kong, and a venture capitalist with AsiaTech Ventures.

Mr. Lee is active in the disability community, having served as a board member of The ECUAL Foundation and previously as a board member of The Shield Institute. He has also made cy pres donations to more than 20 organizations supporting individuals with disabilities.
