All Independent Living units offer the following services and amenities:

• Resident-controlled heat and AC
• All utilities inclusive (gas, electric, water, trash, recycling, composting)
• Wired for telephone, cable, and internet
• Routine unit maintenance, including snow removal
• Availability of lunch meals (on a fee basis)
